Shipping policy

Seller: CFDTraderTools (individual seller).

All CFDTraderTools products are digital — nothing is shipped physically and no shipping fees apply.

Delivery is manual. After your payment is confirmed, we deliver by email, typically within 24 hours: MT4/MT5 indicators, EAs, bots and data are sent as files or a download link to the email address on your order; TradingView indicators are sent the same way, as a Pine Script source file (.pine / text) with setup instructions, which you add to your own TradingView account via the Pine Editor.

Custom work (customized indicators, MQL/EA customization, custom HFT bots) is delivered according to the timeline agreed with you before work begins.

Payment: international bank transfer via Wise — after you order, we email a payment request; you pay from your own bank and do not need a Wise account. Card/PayPal payments are coming soon.
