Refund policy

Seller: CFDTraderTools (individual seller)

All CFDTraderTools products are digital (indicators, Expert Advisors, trading bots, code customization and data) and are delivered electronically.

Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered — files and access cannot be returned once delivered, so these sales are final. This includes once a file (including a TradingView Pine Script source file) has been sent or a data export has been provided.

If a file is defective or does not work as described, email support@cfdtradertools.store within 7 days and we will fix it or, if we cannot, refund you. We may, at our discretion, offer a fix or replacement in other situations.

For custom work and services, the work is fully refundable before work starts. After work has begun, refunds are proportional to the work completed.

Trading losses are not grounds for a refund.

To request help or a refund, email support@cfdtradertools.store (or use our contact form) with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to reply within 24 hours. For questions about custom work before you order, email sales@cfdtradertools.store.
